When mental health feels like a steep climb, having the right guide makes all the difference. At Cascadia Psychiatry & Wellness, we provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management informed by a deep commitment to the whole person. We believe that mental wellness is not merely the absence of symptoms, but a state of balance, strength, and resilience.
Whether your path involves targeted medication management, dedicated psychotherapy, or an integrated combination of both, we prioritize a collaborative partnership. We don't just treat symptoms; we work alongside you to develop a sustainable plan that aligns with your specific life, goals, and environment.
Meet Your Guide: John McCall, PMHNP-BC
My name is John, and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My approach to mental wellness is shaped by two core parts of my life: years of experience in high-intensity critical care, emergency, and trauma medicine, and my personal journey as a gay man, husband, father, and trauma survivor.
I know firsthand how important it is to find a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment. Because of this, Cascadia Psychiatry & Wellness is built on a foundation of absolute inclusivity, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds and identities. Just like navigating a challenging mountain trail, you don't have to walk the path to wellness alone—I am here to serve as your steady, grounded guide.
