We believe financial constraints should never stand in the way of quality mental health care. To help make our clinical services more affordable, Cascadia Psychiatry & Wellness offers a limited number of sliding scale slots based on household income and financial need.

If our standard self-pay rates present a hardship, please reach out to our office to discuss sliding scale eligibility and reduced-fee arrangements prior to your appointment.

• New Patient Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes): $400

• Established Patient Follow-Up (30 minutes): $250

• Established Patient Follow-Up with Therapy (55 minutes): $300
